We are in search of an experienced and innovative Chef who will craft premium dishes, uphold rigorous kitchen sanitation protocols, and deliver exceptional food presentation and flavor.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and team productivity, including leading project initiatives, managing cross-functional collaborations, and driving process improvements. Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to meet organizational objectives, mentoring team members to enhance performance, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Additionally, monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Prepare meals in strict adherence to the company’s established recipes and preparation guidelines, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all servings.

Develop meal plans and coordinate food preparation schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen consistently.

Correctly organize and maintain food items and ingredients to preserve freshness and ensure proper storage conditions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with software development, debugging, and version control systems like Git is necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are also required to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.

Applicants must hold a Diploma or HND in Cookery, with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience required for those possessing a Diploma, and five years for those holding an HND, all obtained in a hotel setting.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Chef or five years as a Chef de Partie is required.

Results-driven culinary professional with substantial experience as a Chef or Cook in high-volume or fine-dining environments.

Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operational procedures.

Demonstrated capacity to thrive amid high-pressure, rapidly evolving work settings while maintaining focus, efficiency, and professionalism under tight deadlines.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless teamwork and project success.
