Duty station is located in the Central Region, specifically in Aura Dunk.

Delivers comprehensive financial literacy training sessions at the MF group level to ensure consistent understanding and application of financial principles across the organization.

Facilitate the engagement and involvement of clients to ensure their full participation in training sessions.

Responsible for maintaining and updating the attendance register to accurately track the participation of training attendees.

Develop and maintain meticulous documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved schedules for all training sessions.

Monthly attendance reports for all MF groups must be compiled and submitted on a consistent basis.

To ensure effective application of the training concepts, proactive follow-ups will be conducted with trained clients, providing dedicated technical support tailored to their specific needs and challenges encountered during implementation.

Uphold and enforce the highest standards of service quality across all operational levels, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Act in a supportive capacity to empower program participants in achieving their financial objectives.

Evaluates the financial literacy program’s efficacy and proposes enhancements to optimize its impact.

Engage in capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional skills and competencies.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.

Drive the implementation of safeguarding measures throughout every tier of the program by enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary resource for guidance, support, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding to cultivate and maintain a secure working environment.

Ensure all team members receive requisite training, ongoing support, and necessary resources to address identified issues, strictly adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.

In the event of any reportable incident, adhere to established safeguarding reporting procedures and actively encourage others to do the same.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and LOOKUP functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in additional languages considered a plus. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Experience with project management tools and CRM software preferred.
