MSG collaborates with the Ministry of Health to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare solutions nationwide.

MSG manages a diverse network of operations across the country, utilizing a fleet of vehicles essential for executing programs, delivering services, facilitating outreach initiatives, and supporting administrative functions. To enhance fleet efficiency, accountability, cost-effectiveness, and asset management practices,

MSG is in search of a skilled Fleet Consultant to perform an in-depth evaluation of its fleet operations and deliver strategic recommendations for enhancement.

The primary objective of this engagement is to deliver a specialized solution tailored to meet specific organizational needs, ensuring efficient execution and measurable outcomes. Offer strategic guidance on incorporating fuel monitoring systems into current vehicle tracking frameworks. Additionally, advise on enhancements to optimize fleet management, bolster accountability, and strengthen cost-control measures.

• Oversee the revision and enhancement of fleet management manuals, processes, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Perform a comprehensive audit and physical verification of every asset within the MSG fleet.

Assess the structural and operational integrity of automotive assets to identify any deficiencies or potential issues.

Evaluate vehicles that are underutilized, damaged, or no longer operational, and propose strategic solutions for their disposal.

Evaluate existing fleet management operations to pinpoint deficiencies, potential hazards, and areas where efficiency can be enhanced.

Propose practical and economical fuel usage monitoring and tracking solutions tailored to fleet operations.

Suggest optimal approaches to incorporate fuel monitoring functionalities within the current vehicle tracking infrastructure.

Prepare and deliver a thorough final report that includes key findings, strategic recommendations, and actionable plans for implementation.

The Consultant is obligated to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all MSG-related matters, materials, or information encountered during the assignment. Disclosure of any such information is prohibited without MSG’s prior written authorization, except when legally mandated.

The Consultant is required to promptly disclose any existing or potential conflicts of interest before the assignment begins.

The project must be finalized within a three-week timeframe, commencing upon the signing of the contract.
