Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill key roles, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are now open at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as within the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Eligible applicants must meet the specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, and be prepared to fulfill the outlined responsibilities, with competitive remuneration offered in accordance with the company’s standards.

Required competencies include proficiency in written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving, and collaborative teamwork. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with a strong understanding of project management principles. Familiarity with industry-standard software tools and the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments are also essential. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
