Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill multiple positions, including Team Leaders and Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives for its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These roles are open at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as for Retail Unit Team Leaders and Sales Executives across several branches: Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifications, relevant experience, and competitive remuneration packages.

Required qualifications include proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Trello, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Experience with data analysis and reporting is essential, as the role involves interpreting metrics to drive strategic decisions. A solid understanding of industry best practices and compliance standards is also mandatory. Additionally, familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.
