Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill the roles with Team Leaders and Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives across its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These positions are available at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as within the Retail Units of the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Interested applicants must meet the specified qualifications, possess relevant experience, and adhere to the outlined remuneration guidelines.

Demonstrated adaptability and outstanding organizational abilities. Proficiency in managing multiple priorities under strict deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience

A Financial Planners Team Leader must hold a minimum of an SSS CE certificate or SHS, O’ or A’ Levels certificates, a Diploma, HND, or a First Degree in any discipline, with preference given to candidates from the social sciences.

Applicants must demonstrate at least one year of sales experience, coupled with a strong motivation and drive to deliver measurable outcomes.
