We seek a highly motivated finance professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
