Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to consistently meet predetermined monthly and quarterly performance objectives.

• Maintain optimal product visibility, execute effective merchandising strategies, and ensure consistent stock availability across all retail outlets.

Regular market assessments are conducted to track competitor actions and pricing fluctuations.

• Gather customer orders, facilitate payment processing, and coordinate timely delivery logistics.

Gather and analyze insights regarding customer preferences, product efficacy, and evolving market dynamics to deliver constructive feedback.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of sales activities and generate periodic reports to track performance metrics.

Required competencies include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of meeting deadlines, collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams, and adapting to evolving project demands.

Highly proficient in data management, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to communicate complex information effectively. Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards is beneficial.
