• Working Conditions

This role is situated in a private household located in Accra, Ghana. It involves collaborating within a two-chef team on a predefined shift schedule, which includes Sundays. Schedules and rest days will be allocated equitably and communicated in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, special occasions, events, or when the household entertains guests.

A monthly salary ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, determined by qualifications and professional experience.

• 13th month salary, payable upon completion of one (1) full year of satisfactory employment.

You will receive three weeks, totaling 15 working days, of paid annual leave each year.

Accommodations are made available either on-site or in proximity to the workplace.

• Reimbursement for eligible out-of-pocket medical costs sustained while fulfilling job duties.
