In response to this expansion, we are actively recruiting an energetic and results-driven Sales Professional who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the domestic used car market.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance, while maintaining strict adherence to established policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication, streamline workflows, and drive cohesive project execution. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and accountability. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. Additionally, ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines to uphold organizational integrity and reputation.

• Sales & Business Development: Spearhead both wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles within Accra, Team, and neighboring regions to consistently meet established sales targets.
• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a close connection with the used car market by continuously analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and customer preferences to ensure informed decision-making.
Proactively cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with local automotive dealerships, wholesale distributors, and private purchasers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term client loyalty.
Professional Requirements: Applicants must possess a strong foundation in strategic planning, with proven expertise in project management and cross-functional collaboration. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred, and a deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Remuneration
A minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree is required.
Seeking candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience in used car sales, demonstrating a proven track record in both retail and wholesale environments.
We require in-depth expertise in the Accra and Team used car market landscape, including a comprehensive grasp of trading mechanisms and operational dynamics.
Energetic professionals under the age of 35 possessing exceptional communication and negotiation abilities are sought for this role.
• Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to a Monday through Saturday schedule.
Compensation includes a base salary set competitively, along with a sales commission structure, with terms subject to negotiation based on the candidate’s prior experience.
