Prepare meals in accordance with established company guidelines, ensuring adherence to prescribed culinary standards and protocols throughout the cooking process.

Plan menus meticulously and collaborate on crafting detailed food preparation schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality meal service.

Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of three years in a relevant role. Holds a Diploma or HND in Cookery, with a minimum of three years of hotel-based experience for Diploma holders and five years for HND holders.

Holds a minimum of three years of professional chef experience or five years in a Chef de Partie role.

Seasoned professionals with a strong background as Chefs or Cooks are encouraged to apply.

A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices is required.
