We are in search of a conscientious and meticulous Housekeeping Attendant who will uphold high standards of cleanliness and foster a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence, including managing daily workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining stringent compliance with established protocols. Lead strategic initiatives to optimize productivity, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating transparent communication and aligning organizational objectives with team goals. Monitor performance metrics rigorously, identifying trends, mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions to sustain high standards of efficiency and quality. Additionally, mentor junior employees, cultivate a collaborative culture, and champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and professional development.

Thoroughly clean and disinfect rooms, offices, washrooms, and all common areas to maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment.

Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming duties across designated sections as assigned.

Dispose of waste materials and ensure adherence to hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Promptly report any damages or maintenance issues as they arise.
