• Working Conditions
This position is situated within a private home in Accra, Ghana, and involves collaborating with a two-chef team under a defined shift schedule that includes Sundays. Shift assignments and rest periods will be distributed equitably and communicated well in advance. Adaptability is required during peak periods, such as special occasions, events, or when the household is entertaining guests.
A competitive monthly compensation ranging from GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,500 will be provided, determined by the candidate’s qualifications and professional background.
A thirteenth-month salary will be provided after the successful completion of one full year of employment.
You will receive three weeks, equivalent to fifteen working days, of paid annual leave annually.
