The Community Relations Manager (CRM) is tasked with fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships between AURORAL and the communities in which it operates. By doing so, the CRM will help secure a reliable workforce while positioning AURORAL as a sustainable and attractive employer for youth and women across its operational regions.

We specialize in building and nurturing strong connections with key stakeholders while ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively addressed. This role requires the ability to foster trust, communicate clearly, and align interests to drive collaborative decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying stakeholders, managing relationships, and facilitating ongoing engagement to support organizational goals and initiatives.

The Community Development Programs are designed to empower and uplift local communities through targeted initiatives and collaborative efforts. These initiatives aim to address social, economic, and environmental challenges while fostering sustainable growth and resilience. Participants will engage in a variety of activities, including needs assessments, capacity-building workshops, and strategic planning, to develop and implement effective solutions.
