The Digital Marketing and Analytics Strategist serves as the analytical backbone of the team, focusing on evaluating the effectiveness of all digital initiatives. While other team members concentrate on content creation and distribution, you will evaluate whether strategies are yielding results, overseeing platform performance, pinpointing growth drivers and inefficiencies, and converting data insights into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will lead the ministry’s Facebook monetization recovery initiative and ensure that all digital revenue opportunities are fully optimized.

Oversee and execute daily tasks encompassing the primary functions of the role, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency and drive team productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align objectives, resolve challenges, and foster a cohesive working environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to support professional growth and development. Maintain accurate records, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards to uphold organizational integrity and mitigate risks.

Responsible for overseeing analytics on all social media platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, including the extraction of weekly and monthly performance metrics, trend analysis, and the preparation of a weekly digital report for leadership.

Responsibilities include updating and maintaining the organizational Reporting Dashboard on a monthly basis, ensuring all digital metrics are inputted accurately and punctually.

Drive digital monetization initiatives by overseeing support escalation, streamlining payout verification procedures, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and delivering weekly progress reports.

Develop and oversee audience growth initiatives spanning multiple platforms, with responsibilities including strategic campaign planning, optimization of post boosting tactics, and collaboration with the Creative Director to curate content tailored for expanded reach.

Oversee technical updates to the website, ensure weekly sermon uploads are completed, and maintain event pages.

Monitor the digital competitive environment, analyzing the strategies and activities of other faith-based organizations and ministry pages to identify meaningful insights and potential opportunities, which will then be presented to the Creative Director.

Support marketing and digital launches, as well as follow-up enrollment campaigns, by optimizing digital acquisition strategies and monitoring conversion rates from social media to enrollment to ensure effectiveness and maximize results.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient in managing and analyzing large datasets to support data-driven decisions. Strong background in statistical analysis and proficiency with statistical software such as R or Python. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to create clear, insightful reports. Familiarity with databases and SQL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation. A collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

What You Bring

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media analytics, or growth strategy is required.

You possess exceptional analytical abilities and a high level of proficiency with data, enabling you to efficiently extract insights from a Meta Business Suite export, construct a comprehensive summary in Google Sheets, and articulate your findings in a clear, accessible manner to stakeholders without a technical background.

• Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and YouTube Studio to manage and optimize digital content strategies.

Proficient in utilizing Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report website traffic and user behavior metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

Proficiency in Facebook’s monetization ecosystem, including Creator Studio, Partner Monetization Policies, and payout configuration, would be highly beneficial for this role, particularly given the demands of the live workflow.

• Proficiency in managing basic website operations using WordPress or a comparable content management system is required. Expertise in building websites is not necessary; the focus is on updating content and maintaining page functionality.

Strategic insight and technical implementation go hand in hand in this position. Beyond simply compiling reports, the role demands analyzing data to extract meaningful insights and proposing informed, actionable recommendations.
