Delivers financial literacy training sessions for the entire MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and consistent standards across all sessions.

Maintain and periodically update the attendance register to ensure accurate records of all training participants.

Develop and maintain meticulous documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved training session schedules.

Prepare and compile monthly attendance reports for all MF groups, ensuring accurate submission of training participant data.

• Ensure ongoing assistance is provided to trained clients to effectively implement the skills and knowledge acquired during training sessions.

• Uphold and implement service quality best practices consistently across all levels of operations.

As a key resource, you will provide guidance and support to program participants, empowering them to achieve their financial objectives.

Evaluates the financial literacy program’s efficacy, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing strategic improvements to optimize its impact.

Attend and actively engage in the capacity-building training sessions facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional skills and expertise.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in optimal condition at all times.

To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program, the individual will implement the safeguarding policy and serve as the primary resource for support, guidance, and specialist knowledge on safeguarding matters, ensuring a secure working environment is established.

Ensure team members receive appropriate training, support, and resource access, addressing identified issues in strict accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with safeguarding reporting procedures by promptly filing any required reports for incidents that meet the criteria, and actively promote adherence to these protocols among colleagues.
