• Cultivate and oversee strategic partnerships with clients to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth.

• Develop strategies to attract and acquire new customers, thereby enhancing market penetration and expanding the company’s reach.

Develop and implement sales strategies designed to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Ensure that products are displayed effectively, merchandised appropriately, and consistently available across all retail locations.

Regularly scheduled market visits will be conducted to observe competitor activities and track pricing trends.

Gather customer orders, process payments, and coordinate deliveries to ensure they are completed promptly.

Gather and evaluate insights regarding customer requirements, product functionality, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Maintain precise documentation of sales activities and generate periodic reports to ensure comprehensive tracking and analysis.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Qualifications

A high school diploma, SHS certificate, or an equivalent qualification is required.

Proven sales experience totaling 1–2 years, with a preference for roles within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or open market distribution sectors, is required.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in negotiation and communication, fostering clarity and collaboration in all professional interactions.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and accountability while consistently achieving established sales objectives.

Possesses comprehensive understanding of the local market and territory.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite or specialized sales tracking software.
