JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsibilities include working at the Accra office.
• Verify daily presence, track movements, and ensure adherence to scheduled client visits.
To identify potential entrepreneurs, conduct on-site evaluations by visiting both their business premises and residential addresses to thoroughly assess their qualifications and suitability.
Prospective entrepreneurs must submit and have their documentation verified, including trading licenses, land agreements, tenancy agreements, spouse consent forms, as well as details about nominees and guarantors.
Compile and finalize all required documentation essential for loan disbursement processes.
Gather all necessary documentation from each individual client to facilitate the disbursement of loans.
• Accurately process and remit monthly payments punctually via mobile money or bank transfer.
• Compile and maintain accurate reports and strategic target plans, ensuring thorough documentation throughout the process.
After disbursements are made, conduct on-site visits to borrowers to ensure compliance and assess their financial well-being.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure proper and timely disbursement of funds.
Facilitate collaboration with Account Managers and legal counsel to ensure the proper execution and completion of legal documentation, including signing and commissioning processes.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly requisitions for loan disbursement to ensure timely allocation of funds.
We are responsible for maintaining high standards in fund disbursement and ensuring timely recovery of overdue monthly collections.
Collect and submit information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ death to insurers promptly and accurately.
• Pursue the collection of charged-off loans and ensure proceeds are deposited into designated accounts.
Always comply with the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and interact with clients in a professional and respectful manner.
Dedicate efforts to delivering exceptional service quality to clients, whether they are encountered in the field or at the branch office.
Listen attentively to clients’ grievances, inquiries, and perspectives, ensuring thorough comprehension before responding with suitable resolutions.
Compiles and submits accurate progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability in project execution.
To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout the entire program, the role will involve implementing and upholding the safeguarding policy across all levels.
Provide expert guidance and support on safeguarding matters to foster a secure and compliant working environment.
Ensures team members receive proper training, support, and necessary resources to address and resolve identified issues in alignment with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Follow the established safeguarding reporting procedure whenever a reportable incident occurs, and actively encourage colleagues to adhere to these guidelines as well.

Applicants must hold a Senior High School certificate, specifically the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
Handles cash and bank transactions, including the preparation of cash requisitions and cash certificates, as well as the reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel applications with a strong understanding of their functionalities and features.
