• Duty Station : Accra

• Verify daily attendance, track client movements, and ensure adherence to scheduled business visits.

Conduct on-site evaluations of entrepreneurs’ enterprises and residences to identify potential business opportunities and accurately assess their viability.

Prospective entrepreneurs must provide and verify essential documentation, including a trading license, land agreement, tenancy agreement, spouse consent, as well as details regarding nominees and guarantors, to ensure compliance with established requirements.

Prepare all required documentation meticulously to facilitate the proper disbursement of loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

• Obtain all required documentation from individual clients and for loan disbursement purposes.

• Guarantee prompt monthly installment payments via mobile money or bank transactions.

Prepare and maintain all required reports and target plans, ensuring they are accurately documented and readily accessible for review.

Conduct post-disbursement visits to borrowers to assess their needs and ensure proper utilization of funds.

Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and adherence to quality standards in fund disbursements.

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and legal counsel to finalize and execute legal documentation.

• Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly and monthly requisitions to facilitate loan disbursement.

Ensure the prompt processing of disbursements with accuracy while consistently following up on overdue collections on a monthly basis.

Ensure timely collection and submission of borrower or dependent death information to insurers.

• Pursue the recovery of written-off loans through systematic follow-up procedures and deposit the recovered funds into the appropriate accounts.

Consistently comply with the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and maintain a professional, respectful demeanor when interacting with clients.

To ensure the highest standard of client service, deliver exceptional assistance both in the field and at the branch office.

Ensures team members receive proper training, support, and resources to address identified issues in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.

Follow the established safeguarding reporting procedure whenever a reportable incident occurs, and actively encourage others to adhere to the same protocol.

Demonstrated proficiency in analytical methodologies and problem-solving techniques is essential. Candidates must possess strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective written and verbal communication skills are required to facilitate clear and concise interactions. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools is mandatory.
