A minimum qualification of a Diploma, Higher National Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Candidates must possess at least one (1) year of professional experience, including time served during National Service.

Proficient in mathematics, skilled in market valuation techniques, and well-versed in accounting principles.

A background in or familiarity with micro/small businesses and their operational environments is beneficial.

Demonstrated capacity to achieve both quantitative and qualitative targets established by the operations department and branch manager.
