JOB DESCRIPTION:
Inspecting, evaluating, and resolving issues within systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability is a core responsibility of this role.
Reading technical documentation and collaborating with colleagues in related fields to ensure accurate and efficient repair processes.

Composing detailed reports, establishing comprehensive safety regulations, and developing thorough preventative maintenance plans are essential responsibilities.
Responsible for identifying and procuring replacement components to maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Proactively engage in discussions with suppliers and clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements, leveraging strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining productive business relationships.

Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI are required. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions while maintaining attention to detail. Must possess excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Possesses prior experience in technical roles, demonstrating hands-on proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair tasks essential to the position’s operational demands.
