The Draftsman develops precise technical drawings, plans, and designs by interpreting specifications from architects, engineers, or project managers. This position entails utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce meticulous drawings for construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects, while strictly adhering to project requirements and applicable standards.
Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately within specified deadlines. Manages a team of professionals, assigning duties, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to enhance performance and productivity. Collaborates with cross-functional departments to align goals, streamline processes, and foster a cohesive work environment. Create comprehensive technical drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software to ensure precise and accurate documentation.
Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering calculations provided by engineers or architects to develop accurate and detailed plans for construction or manufacturing projects.
Revise drawings in response to feedback and evolving project requirements.
Ensure all drawings adhere to established industry standards and meet the specific requirements of each project.
Responsibilities include ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of all drawings and design files, maintaining organized records to support project workflows and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project teams throughout the duration of the project to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with objectives.
Perform on-site assessments as needed to gather precise measurements and comprehensive project details.
Assist with the compilation and organization of material quantities and project documentation.
Guarantee meticulous accuracy and precision in every drawing generated.
Required qualifications include: proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling, with a strong grasp of Excel, SQL, and Tableau. The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. At least three years of experience in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or data science is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

• A diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), or technical certificate in drafting, architecture, engineering, or a closely related field is required.
Proven expertise in AutoCAD and additional drafting software applications is required.

Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and well-versed in construction and manufacturing methodologies.
