The position entails the execution of various duties and responsibilities essential to the role. Duty station for this role is situated in the Central Region, specifically in Aura Dunk.

Delivers financial literacy training sessions across the MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and consistent quality.

• Play a key role in engaging clients to ensure their full involvement in training sessions.

Responsible for accurately maintaining and updating the attendance register for all training participants throughout each session.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the pre-approved training session schedules.

Compile and file a monthly attendance report for all MF groups, ensuring accurate documentation of training participant attendance.

Follow up with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the skills and knowledge acquired during the training sessions.

Demonstrate and uphold the highest standards of service quality across all operational levels by consistently applying and reinforcing best practices.

Act as a knowledgeable guide to support program participants in achieving their financial objectives.

Evaluate the financial literacy program’s performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, proposing strategic adjustments to maximize its impact.

Engage actively in capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional skills and competencies.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition.

To foster a safeguarding culture throughout the program, implement the safeguarding policy at all levels. Serve as the primary resource for guidance, support, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding, ensuring a secure working environment for all stakeholders.

To ensure team members receive proper training, support, and access to necessary resources, the individual will oversee the implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures, addressing and resolving identified issues in alignment with established guidelines.

In the event of any reportable incident, adhere to the safeguarding reporting procedure diligently and motivate colleagues to follow suit.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
