The role also encompasses office administration, strategic planning, logistical coordination, and the execution of essential responsibilities to support Spark’s leadership team in Ghana. We seek highly skilled candidates with a demonstrated history of financial and administrative management.

We are seeking a skilled Finance professional to oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, proficiency in financial reporting, and experience with budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities include managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support organizational goals. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) being advantageous. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills are essential.
