Beyond posting, you cultivate and oversee the online community, actively engaging with comments, addressing sensitive discussions by consulting pastoral leadership when necessary, and fostering meaningful interactions that transform followers into committed partners or event participants.
Your responsibilities involve deploying content strategically rather than generating it, as this task is handled by the rest of the team. Following deployment, you will be tasked with nurturing and overseeing the community that emerges from this process.

• Track and record weekly comment and direct message volumes, as well as significant community interactions in an engagement log, and provide a concise summary within the weekly digital report.

The ideal applicant should demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
