Job Summary
A well-established beverage manufacturing firm is in search of a proficient Electrical Technician to assist with the installation, upkeep, and repair of electrical systems and machinery throughout our production facility. The preferred applicant will contribute to uninterrupted manufacturing processes by reducing downtime and upholding rigorous electrical safety protocols.
Oversee and execute critical tasks encompassing strategic planning, project management, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance productivity, compliance, and overall performance. Lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across departments. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for enhancement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Install, maintain, and repair a variety of electrical equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
Investigate and resolve electrical malfunctions occurring in both production and packaging systems.
Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures as scheduled.
Ensure adherence to all pertinent electrical safety regulations as well as organizational policies and procedures.

Ensure maintenance records and reports are maintained with precision and accuracy at all times.
Collaborate effectively with both production and maintenance teams to minimize operational downtime.
Proficient in written and verbal communication, with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrated expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets. Capable of analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights and support informed decision-making. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
Experienced Electrical Technicians are sought, with a strong background in electrical systems, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
Proficient understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electric motors, control panel systems, and industrial wiring configurations is required.
Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Proficient in analytical thinking and meticulous in approach, with a strong ability to identify solutions and maintain precision.
Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate assigned shifts as needed.
