Delivers financial literacy training sessions at the MF group level.

• Play a key role in engaging clients to ensure their full participation in training sessions.

Maintain the attendance register for training participants by regularly updating records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of the session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved training session schedules.

Compile and submit monthly attendance reports for all MF groups, ensuring accurate documentation of training participant attendance.

Engage in structured capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional competencies and skill sets.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your care in optimal working condition at all times.
