JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pinnacle Done well Life Insurance Company is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill key positions, including Team Leaders, Financial Planners, Corporate Lead Generators (CLGs), and Sales Executives, across its Retail, Micro, and Corporate Insurance departments. These roles are available at the newly established Kong branch, situated within the Egomania District Council Office Complex, as well as in the Micro Insurance Unit across multiple branches, including Accra Central, Team, Achiote, Kasia, Kong Unit, Kumasi, Bunyan, Jaborandi, Technical, and Tamale. Candidates for these positions must meet specific qualification, experience, and remuneration requirements.

Required competencies include a strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and precision in all interactions. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in project management, with the ability to coordinate tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines efficiently. Analytical thinking is essential, as the role involves interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to drive project success. Familiarity with industry-standard software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or advanced tools relevant to the field, is mandatory. Problem-solving skills are highly valued, as the position requires addressing challenges proactively and developing innovative solutions. Additionally, experience in collaborative environments is preferred, as teamwork and cross-functional coordination are integral to achieving organizational goals.

The following competitive compensation and benefits packages are available to qualified applicants.

Commission opportunities are available for both broker-acquired and direct new business, with a 5% commission on premiums for broker-sourced clients and a 10% commission for direct clients. Additionally, a SIM Card with a monthly airtime and data allocation is provided.

A monthly allowance of GHC 1,500 is provided, along with company-funded welfare insurance coverage.

We welcome additional suggestions provided by the General Manager, ensuring all recommendations align with strategic objectives and operational needs.

We offer a competitive monthly stipend of GHC 1,500.

You will receive a monthly phone credit of GHC 40 to cover communication expenses.

• Responsible for organizing and executing annual promotional trips to Dubai for increased sales.

We offer a competitive Group Life Insurance plan with a comprehensive coverage rate designed to provide financial security for employees and their families. Eligibility for this benefit is typically based on full-time employment status, and participation is often automatic or requires minimal enrollment steps. The coverage amount is usually determined by a multiple of the employee’s base salary or a fixed benefit, ensuring meaningful protection. This benefit is provided at no direct cost to employees, as the employer typically covers the premiums in full.

A transportation stipend of GHC 200 is provided to cover daily commuting expenses.
