To facilitate the mid-term evaluation of the Championing Nutrition and Gender Equality (CHANGE) Project in Ghana, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of progress, outcomes, and impact.

Evaluate the existing nutrition and healthcare service framework, focusing specifically on the most underserved and vulnerable groups—particularly women and children—within the designated communities.

Review the progress of critical outcome and indicators as defined in the project’s Performance Measurement Framework (PMF).

Produce meaningful insights and strategic guidance to inform project adjustments and bolster overall performance throughout the remainder of the implementation phase.

The consultant is expected to employ participatory, inclusive, and ethically grounded approaches while adhering to Children Believe’s stringent child safeguarding measures, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) policies, data protection standards, and privacy protocols.

Prepare a comprehensive inception report that encompasses a refined methodology, a detailed work plan, a robust sampling strategy, a structured data collection plan, and stringent quality assurance measures.

Approved both quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments to ensure methodological rigor and alignment with research objectives.
