Conduct between 15 and 20 household surveys daily to gather essential data and insights for research initiatives.

Prospective clients are identified by analyzing survey data to pinpoint viable opportunities for engagement and business development.

To establish clear boundaries for the designated working zones assigned to various groups.

Engage in small-group discussions with the designated target members to gather insights and perspectives.

A team of five members will be assembled to collaborate on various tasks and projects.

A leader will be designated for each small group to facilitate coordination and ensure effective collaboration.

Establish and lead a high-level management committee comprising key stakeholders.

Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program specifically designed for members of extensive groups.

Professionally collected member admission fees from individuals in accordance with BRAD Ghana’s established circular guidelines.

Enter the admission details of group members into the mobile device or tablet, ensuring to sync the data whenever feasible.

Schedule meeting dates, finalize the time, and confirm the venue to ensure all participants can attend, and the location is suitable for the discussion.

Establish a team comprising between 15 and 30 participants for Microfinance (MF) and 10 to 20 participants for Agra-Finance initiatives.

Qualified candidates will be responsible for enrolling new participants when existing membership levels decline because of member attrition or other contributing factors.

Convene two to three group sessions daily to facilitate productive discussions and gather collective insights.

A structured meeting schedule is established, with the first session commencing at 8:30 AM, followed by a second at 9:30 AM, and a third at 10:30 AM—though these timings may be adjusted to align with office hours.

Arrive at the designated meeting location no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the group meeting.

• Organize participants into small groups and arrange seating in a U-shape formation.

Maintain accurate attendance records by documenting student presence or absence in the designated register, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and compliant with institutional policies.

Facilitate conversations regarding loan-related matters and address inquiries pertaining to other relevant topics.

Collect weekly installment deposits from designated small group cashiers, ensuring that each transaction is accompanied by a signed confirmation on a mobile device for verification purposes.

• You are expected to return to the office no later than 1:30 PM following the conclusion of the group meetings.

Cash collected from group meetings held in proximity to a branch must be deposited at that branch prior to attending additional meetings to mitigate the risk of robbery.

• Employees must adhere to all established safety and security protocols when handling the transportation of funds.

Facilitate thorough review and discussion of members’ loan proposals during scheduled group meetings to ensure comprehensive evaluation and informed decision-making.

Loan proposals are evaluated and accepted by means of verbal voting conducted openly among the group members.

The credit officer is responsible for accurately inputting all loan-related data into the digital system, including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes.

After confirming the validity of loan applications, establish the disbursement date and promptly notify the relevant members.

You must be physically present on the scheduled disbursement day to actively engage in the distribution process.

The credit officer is expected to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while guaranteeing the complete recovery of all loan installments.

Deposited cash must be submitted to the Branch Accountant, who will then record the amount in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and provide a signature as confirmation.

Missed morning installments should prompt immediate follow-up in the afternoon, with loan officers conducting personal visits to borrowers’ residences or small group leaders’ homes to collect the outstanding amount.

In the afternoon, take responsibility for collecting overdue payments, including those that are late or designated as NBL installments, as well as any current outstanding balances.

Initiate the recovery process for loans that were previously written off for clients seeking to re-establish themselves as BRAD customers.

• Attend the weekly staff meetings without exception.

• Develop and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined by BRAD Human Resources throughout all tasks and operations.

Demonstrate the ability to promptly and effectively complete any additional tasks assigned by senior leadership.

Consistently uphold the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and engage with clients in a professional, courteous manner at all times.

Dedicate yourself to delivering exceptional service quality to clients both at the branch and in the field, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Foster attentive listening to clients’ complaints, concerns, and opinions, and implement suitable actions in response.

To cultivate a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the organization, we will enforce the adoption and implementation of the safeguarding policy.

Serves as a primary resource for safeguarding expertise and guidance, ensuring the establishment of a secure working environment.
