Conducting between 15 and 20 household surveys each day is required.

A schedule for meetings has been established at 08:30 AM, 09:30 AM, and 10:30 AM, with the possibility of adjustments based on office hours.
Arrive at the designated meeting spot no later than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement of the group session.
Organize group members into a U-shape formation, aligning them by their respective small groups to facilitate effective interaction and collaboration.

Employees must adhere to established safety and security protocols when handling and transporting funds to ensure the protection of both personnel and assets.
Facilitate thorough review and discussion of members’ loan proposals during scheduled group meetings to ensure comprehensive evaluation and informed decision-making.
Members of the committee will evaluate loan proposals by casting votes in person during group meetings, ensuring each decision is openly discussed and documented among all present members.
The credit officer is responsible for accurately entering all loan-related information—including loan applications and guarantor details sourced from DP Notes—into the digital system.
Review submitted loan applications thoroughly to confirm eligibility and accuracy, then determine and establish the appropriate disbursement date, promptly communicating this decision to all relevant members.
You must be physically present on the designated disbursement day to actively engage in and contribute to the disbursement process.
The credit officer is expected to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while maintaining full recovery of all loan installments.
Cash received must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant, who will then record the deposited amount in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and provide a signature as confirmation.
If any installment payment goes uncollected during the morning group meeting, promptly arrange for in-person collection in the afternoon by visiting the homes of the borrowers or their designated small group leaders.
In the afternoon, proceed with collecting any late payments and NBL installments, as well as current overdue payments.
To pursue the rehabilitation of previously written-off loans for clients seeking to re-engage with BRAD, this role will involve initiating and facilitating the recovery process.
