JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plan and craft stimulating Montessori-aligned lessons, tailoring them to meet the developmental needs and interests of each student while fostering an independent and hands-on learning environment. Deliver these lessons with clarity and enthusiasm, ensuring engagement and comprehension through interactive teaching methods and differentiated instruction.
Craft a secure, supportive, and intellectually engaging classroom atmosphere that fosters growth and development for all students.
Provide guidance to foster children’s growth in academic achievement, social skills, and emotional well-being.
Develop educational resources and design engaging classroom experiences to facilitate effective learning.
Maintain open, professional communication with parents and guardians to ensure a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress systematically to identify strengths, address challenges, and ensure continuous improvement in their development. Conduct regular assessments to track advancements and adapt instructional strategies accordingly to meet individual and group learning needs.

• Diploma/Degree in Education or a related field / minimum of a SHS certificate.
Montessori certification or equivalent training is required for this position.
