REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational abilities and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Holders of a Diploma or Degree in Education or a closely related discipline—or, at minimum, a Senior High School certificate—are eligible to apply.

Montessori certification or relevant training is required for this position.

• Candidates with prior teaching experience will be given favorable consideration.

Proven expertise in classroom management and exceptional communication abilities are essential for this role. A demonstrated capacity to maintain a productive and orderly learning environment is required, along with the skill to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
