Conduct between 15 and 20 household surveys daily to gather essential data and insights.

Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for members of large groups to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
Collect member admission fees in compliance with the guidelines outlined in the BRAD Ghana circular.
Responsible for accurately inputting group members’ admission details into mobile devices such as phones or tablets, ensuring timely synchronization of the data whenever feasible.
Coordinates the scheduling of meeting dates, times, and locations to ensure optimal attendance and logistical efficiency.
A group must be formed consisting of at least 15 members for Microfinance (MF) and 10 members for Agra-Finance, with a maximum of 30 members for MF and 20 for Agra-Finance.
Responsibilities include evaluating the size of established groups and integrating new members when attrition or other factors reduce participation below optimal levels.
• Facilitate two to three group meetings daily.
The meeting schedule consists of three sessions, commencing at 08:30 AM, followed by a second at 09:30 AM, and concluding with a third at 10:30 AM. Please note that these timings may be adjusted based on office hours and operational requirements.
Arrive at the designated meeting location fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the group meeting.
Arrange the participants in a U-shaped formation, ensuring each small group is positioned together.

Engage in comprehensive discussions regarding various loan-related topics and other pertinent issues.
Each week, gather installment deposits from small group leaders via the designated small group cashiers, ensuring signatures are obtained on a mobile device for verification.
Return to the office by 1:30 PM following the conclusion of the group meetings.
To mitigate the risk of robbery, all cash collected from group meetings conducted in proximity to a branch must be deposited at that branch prior to attending subsequent meetings.
Personnel must adhere strictly to established safety and security protocols when handling and transporting monetary funds.
Convene group meetings to deliberate upon and assess loan proposals submitted by members, ensuring thorough evaluation and discussion.
Accept loan proposals by conducting verbal votes among group members to ensure collective decision-making and consensus-based approval.
The credit officer is responsible for accurately entering all pertinent loan data—including loan applications and guarantor details from DP Notes—into the digital system.
• Fix a disbursement date after verifying loan applications and inform the members accordingly
Must be physically present on the day of disbursement to actively engage in the disbursement process.
The credit officer is required to participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings and must guarantee the full collection of loan installments.
Cash receipts must be promptly forwarded to the Branch Accountant for deposit, with the corresponding transaction recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR), which should then be signed as confirmation of the transaction.
If any payment is not collected during the morning group meeting, promptly arrange for a representative to visit the borrowers or small group leaders’ residences in the afternoon to retrieve the outstanding installment.
In the afternoon, we require you to commence the process of collecting any overdue payments, including late and non-interest-bearing installments, in addition to the current outstanding receivables.
In cases where former clients whose loans were previously written off express interest in resuming their relationship with BRAD, the incumbent will spearhead the process of loan recovery to facilitate their reintegration as active clients.
Attend the weekly staff meetings as scheduled.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accurate and timely documentation of performance metrics and operational activities.
Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the BRAD Human Resources framework.
Diligently carry out any additional directives assigned by senior management as needed.
Maintain strict compliance with the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and ensure all interactions with clients reflect professionalism and respect at all times.
