Responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. Accountable for managing a team of professionals, delegating responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Required to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, while monitoring performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Must maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior leadership, to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals. Operate, maintain, and perform troubleshooting on Husky injection molding machines as required to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on machinery and supporting systems to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify issues within mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ensure that all machines are correctly configured and prepared prior to the commencement of production runs.
Monitor equipment operations closely and implement required adjustments to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Proactively mitigate production downtime by executing prompt repairs and conducting regular maintenance.
