Job Summary

We are in search of a results-driven and independent Business Development Executive to spearhead the discovery of new business prospects, cultivate and sustain client partnerships, and accelerate revenue expansion. The preferred candidate will possess a proven track record within the HR Services sector and demonstrate strategic acumen coupled with exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.

Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to drive project momentum and operational efficiency. Implement and maintain robust processes to monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity. Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, streamline operations, and foster a culture of continuous innovation and accountability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards through diligent oversight and proactive risk management. • Position based in Kumasi, providing on-site support with opportunities for occasional travel to nearby regions as required by the role.

• Generate and Cultivate New Business Prospects: Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients, then design and execute targeted strategies to initiate contact and foster relationships. Develop and present persuasive presentations, proposals, and agreements to potential clients, followed by negotiation of favorable terms to finalize lucrative agreements.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture robust connections with both current and potential clients to uphold exceptional levels of satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze trends, assess customer demands, and evaluate the competitive landscape, thereby informing strategic business development initiatives.

• Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with a diverse range of entities, including clients’ initiatives, professional associations, academic institutions, government ministries, foreign diplomatic missions, and non-governmental organizations, to facilitate mutually beneficial collaborations.

Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activities, pipeline data, and projections, ensuring precision, while delivering consistent progress reports to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Continuous Improvement: Maintain awareness of industry developments, emerging best practices, and technological advancements to consistently elevate the company’s products and strengthen its market position.
