• Verify daily attendance, track movement, and ensure client business visits are completed as scheduled.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of businesses to identify potential entrepreneurs, performing thorough on-site assessments by visiting their business premises and residences to ensure accurate evaluations.
Prospective entrepreneurs must present and confirm the authenticity of essential documentation, including a trading license, land agreement, tenancy agreement, spouse’s consent, as well as details regarding nominees and guarantors, among other required materials.
• Compile and finalize all required documentation in support of loan disbursements to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Gather all required documentation from individual clients as well as for loan disbursement purposes.
Ensure timely processing of monthly installments via mobile money or bank transfer.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and target plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Develop and track measurable objectives to align with organizational goals, providing clear and concise summaries for stakeholders as required.
Visit borrowers at their locations following the disbursement of funds to ensure proper utilization and adherence to loan terms. Conduct on-site assessments to verify the borrower’s compliance with agreed-upon conditions and identify any potential risks or deviations. Document findings meticulously and report any irregularities to the appropriate stakeholders for further action. Maintain a professional and supportive demeanor to foster trust and transparency throughout the process.
Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify the accuracy and compliance of disbursements.
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers (AM’s) and legal counsel to finalize and execute essential legal documentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly requisitions to facilitate loan disbursements, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation of financial transactions.
• Maintain rigorous standards for disbursement accuracy while systematically addressing monthly overdue collections.
Ensure timely collection and submission of information regarding the borrower’s or their dependents’ passing to the relevant insurers.
Collect written-off loans and process their deposit into designated accounts to ensure accurate reconciliation and compliance with financial protocols.
Always comply with the Microfinance staff Code of Conduct and demonstrate respectful treatment toward clients in all interactions.
Dedicate efforts to delivering unparalleled service excellence to clients, both in the field and at the branch office.
Listen attentively to clients’ concerns, complaints, and feedback, and respond with suitable actions to address their needs effectively.
Compiles and submits regular status updates to keep stakeholders informed of project developments.
To foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program, implement the safeguarding policy effectively.
Serve as a primary resource for advice, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding measures to foster a secure and compliant workplace.
