JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Position Location: Central Region, specifically Aura Dunkwa
Delivers financial literacy training sessions across the MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective knowledge transfer.
Craft strategies to enhance client engagement and ensure their full participation in training sessions.
Responsible for accurately maintaining and regularly updating the attendance register for all training participants to ensure precise documentation of attendance records.
Prepare and maintain meticulous records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict alignment with the approved training schedules.
Prepare monthly attendance reports summarizing the participation of trainees across all MF groups and submit them in a timely manner.
Ensure ongoing assistance is provided to trained clients by following up with them to facilitate the practical application of skills acquired during training sessions.
Demonstrate leadership in upholding and advancing service quality standards throughout the organization.
As a dedicated resource, you will support program participants in achieving their financial objectives through personalized guidance and assistance.
Evaluates the financial literacy program’s performance and identifies opportunities for enhancement, proposing actionable measures to boost its overall impact and effectiveness.
Engage in structured capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional competencies and skill development.
Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.
• Foster a robust safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program by rolling out and enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary point of reference for advice, direction, and specialist knowledge on safeguarding, thereby ensuring a secure working environment for all.
Ensures team members receive adequate training, support, and access to necessary resources to address and resolve identified issues in compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
In the event of any reportable incident, adhere to the established safeguarding reporting procedure and promote awareness of its use among colleagues.

Possesses prior experience in fields such as education, training, finance, social work, youth development, or community outreach.
