JOB DESCRIPTION:
Skilled in identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions on heavy-duty vehicles, including Sitrak and How models, as well as earthmoving equipment such as Shanty bulldozers and loaders.
• Conduct comprehensive preventive maintenance, engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake system servicing, suspension adjustments, and steering system repairs.
Perform welding and fabrication repairs on chassis, frames, and related attachments as required to maintain structural integrity and functionality.
Utilize diagnostic tools and reference service manuals to accurately diagnose problems and execute appropriate corrective measures.
Accurately document all repair activities, including parts replaced and hours worked, ensuring meticulous and up-to-date records are maintained.
• Maintain strict adherence to manufacturer specifications and established safety standards in all operations.
• Oversee the inventory of frequently utilized spare parts and provide recommendations regarding reordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to junior mechanics or apprentices as needed.

Seeking professionals with a minimum of three to five years of practical experience in operating and maintaining Chinese heavy-duty trucks and construction machinery, such as Shanty, Streak, How, or comparable brands.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
Skilled in operating diagnostic scanners, multimeters, and a variety of standard mechanic tools with precision and efficiency.
Proficient in interpreting technical diagrams and service manuals written in English.
Physically capable, with the ability to lift substantial loads and operate effectively in both outdoor and workshop environments.
