Delivers financial literacy training programs at the MF group level.

• Enhance client engagement to ensure optimal attendance and active participation in training sessions.

Responsible for keeping the attendance register of training participants current and accurately updated.

• Develop and maintain accurate records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the approved training schedules.

Compiles and submits monthly attendance reports for all MF training groups, ensuring accurate tracking of participant attendance.

• Conduct follow-up sessions with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the skills acquired during the training programs.

Ensure adherence to top-tier service quality standards at every operational level through consistent practice and implementation of best practices.

As a guide and support, you will assist program participants in achieving their financial objectives by providing expert advice and resources tailored to their needs.

Evaluates the financial literacy program’s efficacy through thorough assessment and analysis, subsequently proposing enhancements to strengthen its impact and outcomes.

Engage in capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional skills and competencies.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working order.

• Foster a comprehensive safeguarding culture throughout every tier of the program by enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as the primary resource for advice, direction, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding to ensure a secure working environment.

To oversee that team members receive suitable training, support, and access to necessary resources concerning identified issues, ensuring actions are taken in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.

You are responsible for adhering to the safeguarding reporting procedure whenever a reportable incident occurs, and you must also promote awareness of this process among colleagues to ensure its proper implementation.
