Additionally, the role supervises office administration, strategic planning, logistical coordination, and the execution of other key responsibilities to support Spark’s leadership team in Ghana. Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in financial management and administrative oversight, along with a track record of operational excellence.

Finance professionals are responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. They prepare and analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and optimize cash flow to support organizational objectives. Key requirements include a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA.
