Duty station for this position is located in the Central Region, specifically in Aura Dunk.

Delivers financial literacy training sessions at the MF group level, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective knowledge transfer to participants.

• Enhance client engagement to ensure optimal attendance and active involvement in training sessions.

Oversee the accuracy and currency of the attendance register for training participants, ensuring all records are meticulously maintained and updated.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of session delivery plans, ensuring strict adherence to the pre-approved training schedules.

Compile and submit the monthly attendance report for all MF groups, detailing the participation of training attendees.

• Ensure ongoing communication with trained clients to provide technical assistance in implementing the skills acquired during the training sessions.

Consistently uphold and implement the highest standards of service quality across all operational levels to maintain excellence in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

As a key resource, you will empower program participants to achieve their financial goals by providing guidance, support, and expertise throughout their journey.

Evaluates the performance and outcomes of the financial literacy program, identifying opportunities for enhancement and proposing strategic improvements to strengthen its impact.

• Participate in capacity building training programs organized by BRAC

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal condition at all times.

• Foster a culture of safeguarding throughout every level of the program by enforcing the safeguarding policy. Serve as a primary resource for advice, leadership, and specialist knowledge on safeguarding to ensure a secure working environment.

To oversee that team members receive the necessary training, guidance, and resources, ensuring issues are identified and addressed in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.

In the event of any incident that necessitates reporting under safeguarding guidelines, adhere strictly to the established reporting procedures, and proactively encourage colleagues to do the same.
