We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards in performance. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, coordinating team efforts, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive productivity. Proficiency in industry-standard software and exceptional communication abilities are required, as the role involves collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. Plan and create dynamic Montessori-inspired instructional sessions tailored to student needs, ensuring active participation and meaningful learning experiences.

Design and maintain a secure, supportive, and engaging educational space that fosters growth and development.

Assist in fostering the academic progress, social interactions, and emotional well-being of children.

Compile educational resources and design engaging classroom exercises to facilitate effective learning experiences.

Sustain open and constructive dialogue with parents and guardians to foster collaborative relationships and ensure alignment on student progress and needs.

Observe and evaluate learners’ development by monitoring their progress rigorously.

Required competencies include proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL and Power BI, is essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a PMP or CAP certification would be advantageous.

A relevant teaching qualification—a bachelor’s or diploma in Education or a closely allied discipline—or at minimum, a senior high school certificate, is required.

Montessori certification or relevant educational training is required for this position. Candidates must possess either a formal Montessori credential or equivalent instructional background. Prior hands-on experience in a Montessori classroom environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of Montessori principles and methodologies is essential to effectively engage with students and support their developmental growth.

Preferred candidates will have prior teaching experience, though it is not mandatory.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage classroom dynamics and facilitate clear, effective communication with students and stakeholders.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to early childhood education and the principles of child development with genuine enthusiasm.
