Job Summary

This position is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to customers, expanding the customer base, and serving as the primary brand representative.

Responsibilities include nurturing existing client relationships while simultaneously developing new business opportunities to meet the role’s demands.

Consistently surpassing weekly and monthly sales quotas to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.

Negotiates contracts with potential leads or customers to finalize terms and agreements.

Delivering persuasive sales presentations to diverse prospective customers as needed.

• Enroll distributors/wholesalers as per the company customer onboarding directives.

Responsibilities include ensuring the ERP system accurately reflects current sales activities at all times.

Responsible for demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of our company’s offerings and effectively advocating for our products to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is highly beneficial, as is the ability to interpret complex financial statements. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is mandatory, and professional certifications like CPA or CFA are preferred. Prior experience in a senior financial role, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards is also necessary.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s or HND qualification in Marketing or Supply Chain Management is required.
