You will be accountable for achieving all sales targets across both open market and key account stores in the designated region.
Conduct a thorough analysis of purchase and inventory data at the store level, track sales performance meticulously, and present detailed reports while initiating and executing corrective measures as needed.
• Expand the quantity and market share of brand-owned retail locations within the designated territory.
Develop and implement sales and promotional initiatives as outlined by management, collaborating closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Develop and sustain robust partnerships with retailers by clearly conveying company policies and promotional offers.
Collaborate closely with the Channel team to establish and enhance retailer supply partnerships, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage contract and policy agreements with store owners to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational standards.
Ensure all in-store branding elements are consistently executed at the highest standard, with meticulous attention to the placement and upkeep of point-of-sale materials and the securing of prime product display positions across key retail locations.
Oversee the logistical operations for marketing materials, with particular emphasis during go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
• Oversee and maintain optimal safety stock levels within the store to guarantee consistent product availability.
Ensure promoter competency across the region by implementing effective sales techniques and methods. Collaborate with the National Training team to support ongoing skill development initiatives.
• Ensure promoters are in good working condition and motivated.
Actively collect input from consumers and retailers through structured feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
We are seeking candidates who possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting. The ideal applicant will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in managing projects from inception to completion. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic graphic design tools is considered advantageous. Additionally, the candidate must exhibit a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, is essential, alongside a strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Candidates must demonstrate experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, as well as familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are also necessary. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail or terminal management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting sales targets and effectively managing sales channels.
Demonstrates exceptional ability in verbal and written communication, expertly negotiates complex agreements, and maintains professional relationships with diplomacy and tact.
Open to regular travel commitments, requiring approximately one week per month to the Eastern and Volta regions.
