The receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate staff members. They handle administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, processing mail, and ensuring the reception area is neat and professional. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software are essential for this role. Additionally, the receptionist may assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing general support to office personnel as needed.

Respond to incoming inquiries received through both telephone and electronic mail channels in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain an organized and up-to-date record-keeping system for files, contacts, and the employee directory.

Draft correspondence, reports, memoranda, and meeting minutes with precision and clarity.

Responsibilities include managing office equipment and supplies, as well as processing requisitions to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Provide support to team members by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and overseeing daily operational responsibilities.

Organize and disseminate correspondence, including messages and memos, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to relevant parties.
