Job Summary
The Trade Developer will spearhead field-level sales initiatives, ensuring robust market coverage while enhancing brand visibility and agent productivity. Additionally, the role involves diligently working toward the consistent fulfillment of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets within the designated territory.
Oversee primary duties encompassing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive project execution and optimize operational efficiency. Serve as a key liaison between departments to streamline communication and resolve interdepartmental challenges. Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. • Conduct outreach to acquire and integrate new individual wallet customers into the platform.
• Spearhead wallet activation initiatives to guarantee customers complete their inaugural transactions.
Support onboarding initiatives across various locations, including markets, educational institutions, transportation hubs, and community gatherings.
• Engage and integrate new merchants and small to medium-sized enterprises into the platform.
Ensure merchants are fully informed about the key features and advantages of the product to facilitate effective decision-making and promote successful adoption.
Provide assistance to agents focused on customer acquisition initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance engagement and drive growth.
Develop and implement field marketing initiatives alongside promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all onboarding processes and activities to maintain precise records.
