Duty Station: Kong and Exist
Conducting 15 to 20 household surveys daily, ensuring thorough data collection and accuracy.
Identify prospective clients by analyzing survey data to uncover targeted opportunities and assess needs.

Conduct a comprehensive two-week orientation program tailored for members of extensive groups.
Collect member admission fees from individuals in accordance with the established guidelines outlined in the BRAD Ghana circular.
Enter the admission details of group members into the mobile device or tablet, ensuring timely synchronization of the data whenever feasible.

A team must consist of at least 15 members for Microfinance (MF) and 10 members for Agra-Finance, with a maximum team size of 30 members for MF and 20 members for Agra-Finance.
Responsible for enrolling new participants when a group’s size diminishes because of attrition or other circumstances.
Convene two to three group sessions daily, ensuring productive engagement and clear communication among participants.
The schedule includes three meetings at 08:30 AM, 09:30 AM, and 10:30 AM, with the possibility of adjustments to align with office hours.
Arrive at the designated meeting spot fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled start of the gathering.
Arrange the group members in a U-shaped formation, ensuring each small group is positioned accordingly.
Take attendance records in the designated register, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to the appropriate administrative personnel.

Returning to the office by 1:30 PM is required following the conclusion of group meetings.
Cash collected from group meetings held in proximity to a branch must be deposited at the branch location prior to continuing to additional meetings to mitigate the risk of theft or robbery.

Conduct thorough reviews of members’ loan proposals during group meetings to ensure all submissions are evaluated comprehensively and discussed thoroughly.
We evaluate and approve loan applications by conducting open discussions and taking formal votes during group meetings, ensuring collective decision-making among all participants.
The credit officer is responsible for accurately inputting all loan-related information into the digital system, including loan applications and guarantor details obtained from DP Notes.
After confirming the accuracy of loan applications, the candidate must determine and finalize the disbursement date, promptly notifying all relevant members of the decision.
Ensure your physical presence on the designated disbursement day to actively engage in the disbursement process.
The role necessitates the credit officer’s participation in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly group meetings while guaranteeing the full recovery of all loan installments.
Cash received must be promptly submitted to the Branch Accountant for processing, with the deposited amount subsequently recorded in the Daily Cash Report (DCR) and verified with a signature to ensure accuracy and accountability.
Should any installment remain unpaid during the morning group meeting, promptly coordinate a follow-up collection effort in the afternoon by conducting direct visits to borrowers’ or small group leaders’ residences.
In the afternoon, commence the process of collecting outstanding late payments and non-interest-bearing installments, as well as current overdue amounts.
To facilitate the re-engagement of former clients whose loans have been written off, this role will involve initiating the process of loan recovery when such individuals express interest in returning as clients of BRAD.
