We are a reputable international trade and used vehicle export company experiencing significant growth in Ghana. In response to this expansion, we are actively recruiting a proactive and results-driven Sales Professional with comprehensive knowledge of the local used car market to strengthen our team.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and team productivity. Serve as a primary point of accountability for project deliverables, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks. Facilitate collaboration across departments to align on strategic objectives, fostering an environment of transparency and shared accountability. Manage stakeholder expectations by providing timely updates and resolving issues proactively to mitigate risks. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Sales & Business Development: Spearhead wholesale and retail sales of pre-owned vehicles in Accra, Team, and neighboring regions to meet and exceed defined sales targets.
• Market Insight & Evaluation: Maintain a strong grasp of the used car market by thoroughly analyzing market trends, vehicle valuations, and evolving customer preferences.
Develop and nurture strong connections with regional automotive dealerships, wholesalers, and private customers to strengthen brand credibility and foster long-term partnerships.
REQUIRED SKILLS INCLUDE: proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong written and verbal communication abilities, exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, prior experience in project coordination or administrative support roles, familiarity with databases and CRM systems, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

• The position requires availability from Monday through Saturday, ensuring coverage throughout the week.
A negotiable base salary is complemented by a performance-driven sales commission, with compensation tailored to individual qualifications and experience.
