Duties will be performed in the Central Region, specifically at the Aura Dunk office.

Delivers financial literacy training sessions across the MF group, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective knowledge transfer.

You will play a key role in encouraging client engagement to ensure they actively participate in the training sessions.

Responsible for maintaining and updating the attendance register for all training participants.

Prepare and maintain detailed records of the session delivery plans, ensuring they are executed in alignment with the approved training session schedules.

Compiles and submits monthly attendance reports for all MF groups, detailing participant attendance for training sessions.

• Provide ongoing assistance to trained clients by addressing any technical questions or challenges they encounter while implementing concepts from the training programs.

Ensure adherence to industry-leading service quality standards across all operational levels by implementing and maintaining best practices consistently.

Act as a knowledgeable guide to support program participants in achieving their financial objectives.

Evaluates the efficacy of the financial literacy program through thorough assessments and provides strategic recommendations for its enhancement.

Engage in structured capacity-building training initiatives facilitated by BRAD to enhance professional competencies and skills.

Maintain all BRAD training materials and equipment in your possession in optimal working condition at all times.

To cultivate a robust safeguarding culture throughout the entire program, you will implement the safeguarding policy and serve as the primary resource for support, guidance, and specialized knowledge on safeguarding matters, ensuring the establishment of a secure working environment.
